Refund Policy

At Healthrainbow, we strive to provide high-quality doctor consulting services to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our users. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before availing any of our services.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to Healthrainbow for doctor consultations, telemedicine appointments, or any other related services are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Missed appointments by the user

• Change of mind after booking

• Dissatisfaction with the consultation experience

• Inability to attend the consultation due to technical issues on the user’s end

2. Rescheduling

While refunds are not offered, we do allow users to reschedule their appointments if:

• A rescheduling request is made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.

• The reschedule request is subject to doctor availability.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, where a consultation cannot take place due to Healthrainbow’s internal technical issues or unavailability of the doctor, we may offer to:

• Reschedule the consultation, or

• Offer a credit voucher for future use

Please note that such exceptions are handled at the sole discretion of Healthrainbow’s support team.
