All payments made to Healthrainbow for doctor consultations, telemedicine appointments, or any other related services are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Missed appointments by the user
Change of mind after booking
Dissatisfaction with the consultation experience
Inability to attend the consultation due to technical issues on the user’s end
While refunds are not offered, we do allow users to reschedule their appointments if:
A rescheduling request is made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.
The reschedule request is subject to doctor availability.
In rare cases, where a consultation cannot take place due to Healthrainbow’s internal technical issues or unavailability of the doctor, we may offer to:
Reschedule the consultation, or
Offer a credit voucher for future use
Please note that such exceptions are handled at the sole discretion of Healthrainbow’s support team.
